DALLAS -- Free agents Dwight Powell and Deron Williams have re-signed with the Dallas Mavericks.Powell, a restricted free agent, signed a $37 million, four-year deal Friday, hours after Williams completed a $10 million, one-year deal for a second season with his hometown team.The 6-foot-11 Powell started two of his 69 games last season, when the post player averaged 5.8 points and 4.0 rebounds while playing nearly 14 1/2 minutes per game.Powell was acquired along with Rajon Rondo from Boston in December 2014 in a deal that sent Jae Crowder, Brandan Wright, Jameer Nelson, a 2015 first-round pick and a 2016 second-round pick to the Celtics.
