Hampshire have signed Tino Best on a short-term deal after announcing fellow-West Indian paceman Fidel Edwards will require surgery on a fractured ankle.Edwards was injured during a pre-game football match at Headingley last week and joins Hampshires England seamer Reece Topley (broken hand) on the sidelines.
