DALLAS -- Free agent guard Devin Harris is headed back to the Dallas Mavericks, nine years after starting his career with them as a high draft pick. Dallas star Dirk Nowitzki tweeted Tuesday that Harris was rejoining the Mavericks, who ended up with him at No. 5 overall in the 2004 draft in a deal that sent Antawn Jamison to Washington.
